Where can I check my subscription invoices?

The invoices for InvoiceXpress subscriptions are available in your account.

Just go to the settings > Subscription > Billing History.

At the bottom of the page, you will find your billing history, as shown in the following image (the menu expands, just click on the arrow on the right side)

Can I change the billing information for the invoices of my subscriptions?

Yes. You can go to Settings (on the vertical bar on the left) > Company Data, then select Billing Data is Different from Company's Data Here, you should fill in or update the fields under Billing Data and then click Save to apply the changes.
