🔢 Create a contact with a non Portuguese VAT number

Since InvoiceXpress validates portuguese VAT numbers, and if your customer has a foreign VAT number, you must indicate the client's country, so we won't validate that VAT number.

If you're creating the client through the Contacts tab, just change the Country in the corresponding field:
