The free X1 plan is designed for self-use, allowing you to maintain the service free of charge without additional costs.
However, we know that questions may always arise - especially with this free plan - and we want you to have access to as much information as possible. Therefore, any customer can consult our help articles and our blog. These resources are available to all customers, regardless of the plan, and can help clarify issues quickly and practically.a.
If you have the free plan but need more personalized support to clarify doubts or resolve any technical issues, you can choose one of our paid plans, starting with the X3 plan, for just €3/month (available only for annual or biennial subscriptions). You can view all plans here.
Within the InvoiceXpress application, you will also find an icon ? in the bottom right corner, through which it is possible to access a chat with an AI Assistant, who can help you with questions related to using InvoiceXpress.
This chat is available for all plans. However, only customers with paid plans will be able to send a message directly to our support team if they still have any questions that our AI Assistant could not clarify.
