📝 I am already a customer and I have an old plan
Will my old plan be discontinued?
Yes, the old plans will be discontinued. The change will be automatic for all customers, except for accounts that have subscriptions with automatic renewals/payments by credit card or PayPal.
✅ Subscriptions without active automatic payments will be migrated to the new equivalent plan of what they are already using, with no loss of functionality and no additional costs at the time of migration.
For customers who do not have active automatic payments by credit card or PayPal, there will be a 30-day transition period to the new InvoiceXpress plans. During this period, each customer will receive a personalized communication, with all the details about the new plan to which they will be migrated, as well as the respective conditions.
This means that, starting from September 11, if you do not have an active automatic payment subscription, your plan will automatically be migrated to the new InvoiceXpress plan corresponding to your current subscription.
What happens if I do nothing? Will I stay on the old plan?
As long as the migration is not completed, you will keep your current plan.
However, the transition to the new plans will be carried out automatically, even if you take no action. Your old plan will be discontinued and replaced by a new equivalent plan, with no loss of functionality and no additional costs at the time of migration.
You will always receive a personalized communication with all the details regarding the change.
⚠️ If you have an old plan with an automatic payment subscription by credit card or PayPal, for now, it will not be migrated, as long as you keep the current automatic payment active.
Am I required to switch to a new plan?
Yes, migration to the new plans will be mandatory since the old plans will be discontinued.
Only accounts with automatic payment subscriptions via credit card or PayPal will not be migrated for now, as long as they keep the current automatic payment active.
Does migrating to a new plan have costs?
If you still have an old plan, no additional cost will be charged at the time of migration to the new plan.
Once your current subscription ends, you can freely choose which new InvoiceXpress plan is most suitable for your business to continue with.
I have an old plan with automatic payment via credit card or PayPal. Can I switch to a new plan? How do I do it?
Old plans with automatic payments via credit card or PayPal will remain under the same conditions and, for now, will not be migrated, as these payment methods are not available in the new plans.
However, you can choose to switch to a new plan at any time. To do this, you will need to cancel the currently active automatic payment method. After that cancellation, you can choose the desired new plan and select one of the currently available payment methods (Credit Card, Direct Debit, Multibanco, or MB WAY, depending on the type of subscription).
If you intend to switch to one of the new plans and currently have a subscription to an old plan with automatic payment by credit card or PayPal, please contact our support team (support@invoicexpress.com) and we will assist you throughout the process.
If I switch to a new plan and don't like it, can I revert to the old subscription plan?
No, after migrating to the new plan, it will not be possible to return to the old plan, as the old plans will be discontinued and will no longer be available.
Do the new plans have more features?
Yes, the new plans have more features than the old ones. For example, the old XS plan allowed only 5 documents per month, 2 users, and included only the most basic features. The new equivalent plan (the X10 plan), or even the lower plan (the X3 plan), offers unlimited users, access to the Multi-currency feature, invoicing scheduling, the ability to add a logo to documents, among others.
You can check all the features of the new plans here: https://invoicexpress.com/en/pricing/
I have a plan with annual payment. Can I keep it until the end?
Yes, even if your plan is migrated to a new plan, it will maintain the same end date of your annual subscription. You will not need to make any payment at the time of migration.
When my old plan expires, can I renew it?
At the time of renewal, it will no longer be possible to renew the old plan. The renewal will be based on the new available plans.
Have the payment methods changed?
With the new plans, the available payment methods are:
- Credit Card and Direct Debit for any type of renewal (monthly, semi-annual, annual, or biannual);
- Multibanco and MB WAY, available only for renewals from 6 months.
Does my old plan include support? Does this change with the new plans?
No, support continues to be included in all paid plans, just as it was in the old plans. Only the new free plan - X1 does not include support.
Can I continue with the automatic payment that I already have on my old plan?
If you currently have an old plan with automatic payment via Credit Card or PayPal, you can keep it as long as it is not necessary to change the payment method (for example, changing cards).
⚠️ However, if the current automatic payment fails and you need to update the card details, it will be necessary to make a new subscription and, at that moment, choose one of the new plans and available payment methods.
What do I gain by switching to a new plan? What are the advantages?
The new InvoiceXpress plans come to offer a wider range of options for using the most intuitive invoicing software on the market, more suited to the realities of all businesses.
Main advantages:
- Creation of a free entry plan, designed to help freelancers and sole proprietorships start their business safely when it comes to invoicing legally;
- Providing a greater range of subscription plans for InvoiceXpress, thoroughly studied and designed to meet the invoicing needs of all businesses;
- More payment methods available, including Direct Debit and MB WAY, for greater convenience for all businesses;

Is there any step on my part for the plan change?
No, no steps are required on your part for the plan change. The migration will be done automatically and you will receive all the information about the new plan without having to take any action.
📍Only accounts with old plans and automatic payments by credit card that wish to switch to one of the new plans will need to perform the migration manually.
