Can I try InvoiceXpress before subscribing?

Yes, you can enjoy a free trial period with access to the platform.

By registering on InvoiceXpress, you are entitled to 30 days free to try the application. You can create the documents you want, but the configuration of your invoicing communication to the Tax Authority is not available during the free period. At the end of the 30 days, if you do not subscribe to any plan, your account will be suspended until you make a payment.


Is there a free plan?

Yes, InvoiceXpress now offers a free plan – the X1 plan – designed for those who only need to issue 1 document per month.

Although free, this plan includes several features:

  • Unlimited users
  • Importing contacts and items
  • Issuing invoices and quotes with Multibanco reference (REF. MB)
  • Balance inquiry by customer

However, this free plan does not include support.


Am I entitled to support?

Yes, in all paid plans. Support is included in all InvoiceXpress plans, except for the free plan, even during the trial period.


Do I have a contract with a commitment?

No! Joining the InvoiceXpress Billing Program does not imply any contract with commitment periods or obligations on your part. If you have any problems or are not satisfied, we will refund the amount for the unused period up to 30 days after payment (for new subscriptions from new customers).


How can I choose the best plan for my account?

Where can I check the details of my subscription?

To check subscription details, renew or choose a new plan, just go to settings, in the top right corner of the page > Manage subscription.

Here you can view the details of the current subscription. If you need to renew or change the plan, you just need to click on Choose Plan.


What do the fields on the InvoiceXpress Subscription page mean?

Plan - Indicates the current plan of InvoiceXpress for your account. The plan you selected in your subscription to our invoicing software.

Available Documents - The number of documents per month available in your InvoiceXpress plan.

Payment Method - The payment method for the InvoiceXpress service that you selected for your account at the time of subscription.

Subscription Period - The renewal cycle (monthly, semi-annual, annual, or biennial) that you selected for your InvoiceXpress subscription.

Monthly Fee - The amount per month of the plan you selected for your account in InvoiceXpress (the total amount of your plan and renewal cycle was paid at the time of subscription, but your InvoiceXpress plan has an assigned amount/month, which is indicated here).

Next Cycle - Since the consumption of documents in InvoiceXpress is monthly, this field for the next cycle indicates when the monthly renewal of documents will occur. Example: if you subscribed to InvoiceXpress on the 30th, your next monthly document cycle will always renew on the 30th of each month.

Renewal Date - The date your InvoiceXpress subscription ends, according to the renewal cycle you selected at the time of subscription. After this date, you will need to renew our service.

Available Credit - The remaining value of your InvoiceXpress subscription that has not yet been used. For example: if you chose a biennial renewal cycle (24 months), but you are still in the first month of subscription, you still have 23 months of your renewal cycle to consume, the corresponding value of which will be indicated here. Available credit can always be used if you need to switch to a higher plan or renewal cycle in InvoiceXpress.


My account has been suspended. What should I do to reactivate it?

To reactivate the InvoiceXpress account, you must subscribe to a plan. To do this, simply log in with your usual credentials. Once you access the account, you will be directed to a page indicating that the subscription has expired and that the account is suspended.

On this page, you should click on "Subscribe to plan", where you can choose the plan you want to activate and the payment method.

After completing the subscription payment, your account will be automatically reactivated.


Can I suspend my account while the subscription is ongoing, to reactivate it later?


It is not possible to temporarily suspend the account during the subscription period. InvoiceXpress is a SaaS (Software as a Service), based on a continuous subscription model, so there is no provision for suspending and resuming the service.

During the time the subscription is active, access and account functionalities remain available, regardless of how frequently you use them. If you do not wish to continue using the service, you can cancel the automatic renewal of the subscription (if an automatic payment method such as a credit card or Direct Debit is set up) before the end of the current cycle.
