How do I log into my account? (Two-Factor Authentication)

To log into your Invoice account through the login page (https://www.app.invoicexpress.com/?language=en), after entering your account user email and password, you will need a second authentication factor - a code that will be sent to your email.

What is Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)?

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is an extra security layer to ensure that only properly credentialed users can access the InvoiceXpress account. It works by adding a second verification step through a code sent to the user’s email at the time of login.

How will 2FA work in InvoiceXpress?

After this update, whenever a user logs in, they will need to enter a verification code sent to the email associated with the InvoiceXpress account. To obtain the code, the user will need access to the email inbox associated with their InvoiceXpress account. The code sent to the email will be valid for 30 minutes.

Is this second authentication factor mandatory?

Yes. Security is one of our priorities and commitments to our customers, and InvoiceXpress spares no effort to achieve this goal. This process is mandatory for all account access.
