Received an error when registering the sequence?
There are 2 main reasons why an error may occur when registering the series within InvoiceXpress:
1. The step “Set up your data in the Acesso.gov.pt portal” was not completed correctly.
Check if:
- There is indeed a user created.
- This user has checked the option “WSE - Comunicação e Gestão de Séries por webservice”:
2. The credentials used to set up the InvoiceXpress account are not valid.
Check if:
- The data entered during configuration is correct.
- Communication with AT (Tax Authority) shows the status “Active connection”.
