If you don't register a Sequence

The introduction of the new ATCUD functionality will allow users that were already customers of InvoiceXpress to continue using their accounts. At this first stage, the sequences that were already in use, i.e., those that have already issued documents, will not be able to be registered through InvoiceXpress, only through the AT Portal. In the meantime, customers can continue to use their previously created sequences normally, until the sequence registration will be mandatory on January 1, 2023.

For customers who are new to InvoiceXpress, the account is set up with a default sequence, which has the same name as the company, adapted in order to comply with the accepted criteria for series nomenclature. The default sequence will not be allowed to be registered, no matter how many documents have been issued.  At this first moment, sequence registration will be allowed only at the moment of their creation. Once again, we stress that the sequences may be used normally even if they are not registered, until 01/01/2023.
