What is the certification of Professional Attributes and what are its costs

The initial certification request is free of charge. The following orders cost 40€ and the certification is valid for 2 years.

Thus, the citizen can authenticate and sign digital documents in the capacity and with the powers the person performs in the context of the company, using his Citizen Card or Digital Mobile Key.

Through the Professional Attributes Certification System [PASC], the Portuguese State provides and certifies two means of which you choose, to authenticate and/or sign digital documents, as a professional:

1.  Citizen Card
2. Digital Mobile Key
