Digital Signature Status

The digital signature configuration requires the credentials to be renewed every 45 days in order to continue signing electronic documents. Therefore, this feature may display three different status:

Status: Active

The configuration with EISS is valid and you can use the digital signature for legally valid electronic documents. All invoices issued from this time will be signed automatically. Invoices issued prior to enabling this feature can be signed manually by choosing the "Sign invoice" option on the document screen.

Status: Nearing expiration

This is just an alert status that aims to remind you the credentials must be renewed. Until the subscription expires, all documents will continue to be signed automatically.

Status: Expired

If you allow the digital subscription configuration expire, you'll see an error message in the app, and you'll need to renew your Digital Subscription.
