Suspended Account
If you access InvoiceXpress and see the message "Your account is suspended", it is because the login will be directed to an account that is no longer active, and which, possibly you no longer need to access.
In this scenario, just click on Change account, as shown in the example image below, and here you can access an account that is still active and in use.
